Jimmy J. Feng M.D.

Dr. Jimmy J. Feng is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his Psychiatry Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. A New York City native, Dr. Feng has a deep understanding of the diverse communities and cultures that make the region unique. He has particular experience working with Asian American patients, including navigating the cultural, familial, and identity-related factors that can influence mental health and treatment.

Dr. Feng provides evidence-based psychiatric care with a personalized, holistic approach. Guided by the biopsychosocial model, he considers the biological, psychological, and social factors that shape mental health, recognizing that no two individuals are alike. Whether through psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of both, he works collaboratively with patients to develop treatment plans that are practical, individualized, and aligned with their goals.
