Discover Better Mental Healthcare in NYC

Our approach

Mental health care is most effective when it is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in science. We believe that every individual has a unique story, and treatment should reflect your goals, values, and life circumstances—not just a diagnosis.

Our practice is committed to providing evidence-based psychiatric care, using treatments that are supported by the latest clinical research and established medical guidelines. Whether treatment includes psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle interventions, or a combination of approaches, every recommendation is made thoughtfully and tailored to your individual needs.

By understanding the whole person, we can develop a treatment plan that promotes lasting wellness rather than simply addressing symptoms. You are the expert on your own experiences, and we bring clinical expertise to help guide the process. Together, we make informed decisions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as your needs evolve.

Our goal is to help you achieve meaningful, sustainable improvement—so you can not only feel better, but function well, build resilience, and live a more fulfilling life.

Jimmy J. Feng M.D,

Dr. Jimmy J. Feng is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his Psychiatry Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. A New York City native, Dr. Feng has a deep understanding of the diverse communities and cultures that make the region unique. He has particular experience working with Asian American patients, including navigating the cultural, familial, and identity-related factors that can influence mental health and treatment.

Dr. Feng provides evidence-based psychiatric care with a personalized, holistic approach. Guided by the biopsychosocial model, he considers the biological, psychological, and social factors that shape mental health, recognizing that no two individuals are alike. Whether through psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of both, he works collaboratively with patients to develop treatment plans that are practical, individualized, and aligned with their goals.
